HDS/HDL telescopic high strength exothermic sleeves
HDS produced by sodium silicate technology
HDL produced by cold core triethylamine technology
This products are made up by XPS/XPL and HS sand spit
Exothermic riser sleeve, with low density, accurate size, good exothermic effect, which is suitable for the feeding of iron casting and steel casting. It can be inserted into the sand mold after modeling or matched with the sand core and put into the sand mold. It can effectively improve casting yields and enhance the density of casting, reduce the cleaning and welding repair work.
