Expansive mortar is also called Soundless Cracking Agent or Non-explosive demolition agent. It consists of calcined oxides of calcium, silicon and aluminum etc. It can get more than 50 Mpa expansive capability after mixed with water. It is widely used in mining, rock cutting, concrete & reinforced concrete fracturing,building & road & tunnel construction, underwater demolition and other civil engineering demolition in India, Saudi Arabia , Egypt, South Africa, USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Ireland, Finland etc.
Type and Temperature scope:
Since the temperature is an important element that influences the reaction time of the HSCA, Prodemo
decided to be specialized in the production of 4 types of HSCA which are adapted to different temperature
levels as you can see in the following table:

Note: The HSCA C4 Type is specially designed for the Saudi Arabia extremely high temperature .
