Utilizes forced dispersion devices and a multi-vessel rotary valve for precise circulation feeding, ensuring thin-layer drying for thorough drying of seeds and grains.
Employs low temperatures for uniform and rapid drying, resulting in high-quality rice or seeds.
Incorporates a large screw conveyor, PVC nylon bucket, and stainless steel mesh for durability.
Ensures even heating on the inner side.
All heating processes are automated, with the device stopping when the water percentage reaches the target level.
Moisture removal rate: 0.5-1.2% per hour.
Hot air sources include rice husk, maize straw, wooden furnace, etc.
Safety features: Non-destructive online full-automatic moisture tester, feeding hopper, dust collector, full load buzzer, multi-temperature controller, and chain break insurance.
