Product Description
The working principle of the winding curing furnace is as follows: natural gas heating + hot air circulation heating method. The hot air generation system is arranged on the top of the curing furnace chamber. When the workpiece is heated, the heater and the fan of the hot air circulation system are started at the same time.
The hot air circulation system adopts the mode of air supply at the bottom of the furnace and air suction at the top of the furnace. The dynamic and static pressure air supply chamber is designed at the bottom of the curing furnace, and the suction outlet is designed at the top of the furnace. The hot air is evenly sent into the room by the high temperature circulating fan through the air supply chamber, forming a hot air flow around the workpiece, and circulating to the hot air generation system and fan suction inlet through the return air outlet at the top of the furnace. The hot air re-enters the circulating air unit through the return air chamber for circulating heating. This hot air circulation method can control the temperature uniformity in the curing furnace within ±5ºC.
Composition and sub-system parameters of winding curing furnace:
1. Winding curing furnace is composed of chamber body, hot air generation system, hot air circulation system, exhaust gas discharge system, control system, etc.
2. The chamber is composed of the main body of the curing furnace, the steel platform of the insulation base, the air volume regulation and the rectification device.
3, the structure of the chamber:
The winding curing furnace body is formed by steel plate, the outer layer is 2mm cold-rolled steel plate spray, the inner layer is 1.5mm galvanized steel plate, the inner and outer plates of the curing furnace are formed by steel skeleton, the middle is filled with aluminum silicate fiber insulation material, the thickness of the insulation layer is 200mm, the structure has high strength, heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation functions in terms of performance, no thermal bridge. The bottom of the chamber is insulated with steel structure and aluminum silicate fiber cotton.
The door of the curing furnace is provided with an observation window, which has enough viewing Angle to observe the rotation of the workpiece in the furnace. (to be made by the customer and the truck together)
Aluminum silicate fiber rope is installed around the door frame of the furnace body to ensure that the door of the furnace body and the furnace wall are tightly sealed without leakage.
