Walking Furnace

The stepping bottom type heating furnace is composed of the furnace body (including moving and fixed bed), stepping mechanism, air/natural gas (or gas) pipeline, material inlet and outlet machinery, automatic control, combustion device and smoke exhaust system. According to the requirements of the user, one set of moving beds or two sets of moving beds can be used, and the two sets of moving beds can act separately and synchronously at the same time, which is suitable for long and short material layout.
The stepping mechanism is mainly composed of hydraulic station, oil cylinder (including lifting cylinder and shifting cylinder, proportional valve control), lifting mechanism, translation mechanism and correction mechanism. The lifting mechanism composed of the tow beam and the wheel set (with the lifting hydraulic cylinder as the power source) relies on the movement on the inclined rail to complete the lifting process. When the lifting cylinder is locked, the horizontal cylinder pushes the moving bed to move back and forth on the wheel set to complete the translation movement. In order to prevent workpiece deviation, the furnace has specially designed a deviation correction device in the stepping mechanism, which can control the workpiece deviation along the length direction within 15mm.
