About the design: Before printing, we will send the manuscript or sample to you for confirmation by way of quotation and photos. Please check the font pattern and size in the manuscript personally. Once the manuscript is finalized, it will be regarded as the final manuscript and cannot be modified. If there are errors in the finished products printed according to the manuscript, the company shall not bear the corresponding direct and indirect losses.
About color difference: All prints have a certain color difference, if there is a special color difference requirements, please mark on the drawing or technical requirements of acceptable color difference range value, our company uses the United States x-rite instrument for measurement (based on the international Lighting Commission measurement standards). If the customer does not have special marks resulting in color deviation, our company does not do after-sales processing.
About special size: If your label is attached to the groove or has special requirements for the label size, we suggest that you provide acceptable positive and negative tolerance values, if the customer does not have special annotation, our company will not do after-sales processing.
About delivery: The company's products are customized products, generally printed matter 3-10 days delivery, customers can choose the way of logistics arrival, we do not do logistics time guarantee.
Shipping  
1. Delivery time: 1~3 working days after payment  
2. Main mode of transport: by express, DHL, UPS or FedEx.  Other mode of transport also support  
3. Get tracking no. : The tracking number will be offered in 1~2 days once we get from our forwarder.
