Zero risk customization
1. Metal mold opening capacity is up to 12 sets per month.
2. Plastic mold opening capacity is up to 18 sets per month.
3. The development time of common molds is about 15-20 days, and complex molds is about 25-30 days.
4. FPIC solemnly promises that all fees will be refunded if the mold development fails to meet customer requirements.
To control the product quality throughout the whole process, FPIC built a lab equipped with kinds of professional inspection and testing machines. In this lab, we could in Salt spray resistance tests, tensile tests, intersection detection, coating thickness inspection, and so on. Before delivery, all the products should be detected by CCD 100%, to insure their high performance.
