Shipping & delivery:

Q: If we order the samples today, when it will be delivery and arrive?
A: In general, same day we will ship it out and you can see it online the second day, and will cost about 3-4 days arrive.
Q: Which shipping service you will use for my goods?
A: We used DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT as customer like.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen Guangdong
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. QC department with professional quality assurance specialist attach great importance to quality. controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained SGS,CE,FCC,ISO13485 etc.
Q: Please let us know if your product does not arrive in your delivery time frame?
A: This situation never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff.
Q: When my order will be shipped out? My tracking number is not working what should I do?
A: Usually we will ship out your orders in 1-3 workdays. If there's any delay, we will contact you in time for tracking once package have left from our warehouse, it will take 1-3 business days to process in the post system. Pls wait a little more time and try it again later Meanwhile, our sale representative will contact you when you receive it!
