(3) What is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it is about 25 days following the confirmation of your order.

(4) Can I get some samples?
Certainly! Upon price confirmation, you may request samples to evaluate our quality. We offer both blank and digitally printed samples at no charge.

(5) How is pricing determined?
To provide you with an accurate quote, please furnish us with the following details: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests.

(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ is 500 pieces.

(7) How do you ensure product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You may use your preferred shipping forwarder. Simply provide their contact information, and we'll handle the shipment arrangement for you.

2. If you lack a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or sea port details. We'll offer you a quotation, arrange the shipment, and relieve you of the stress, even if you're inexperienced in shipping. Our marketing team will offer expert guidance, including air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
