3-8 mm 3D CNC wire bending machine
What is this?
3D wire bending machine, also known as 3D wire forming machine, is capable of bending the wire to various three-dimensional shapes
for manufacturing the product.
How to make it work?
The machine is computer numerical controlled by its PLC(Programmable logic controller). By putting in sets of numbers for certain
project in the controller, the machine can bend the wire to the shape you designate. The controller can store about 10,000
projects.
How to make it work even easier?
On the right side of the controller, there is a USB interface where you can import CAD files to the controller. In this way, there
is no need for programming in the controller. This configuration requires an additional 1000USD on the basis of the original
price.
How well does it work?
When the machine works, it's fast and precise, about 1/4 faster and twice as precise as its peers.
