Impeller
Impellers are a mechanical component widely used in various industrial equipment, especially in fluid machinery such as pumps, turbines, fans and compressors. Basic structure of impellers Impellers usually consist of a hub (or disk) and several blades. The hub is the central part of the impeller, which is used to connect the shaft and support the blades. The blades radiate outward from the hub, and the shape and number vary depending on the application. The blades can be straight, curved or twisted to optimize fluid dynamics. Materials and manufacturing Impellers can be made of a variety of materials, including but not limited to cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and plastic. Maintenance and optimization Impellers require regular inspection and maintenance to ensure their optimal performance and extend their service life. This may include cleaning, balancing, checking for wear and corrosion, and replacement when necessary.
