To accurately measure a product, follow the sequence: Length x Width x Depth. Make sure your product is oriented with the open end facing upwards. Length definesthe longest side along the open end, measured from left to right. Width is the shortest side along the open end, measured from front to back. Depth signifies thevertical aspect measured from top to bottom.

2. Can you help configure detailed specifications if I am unsure of the per layer gram?
Certainly! Just tell us about your product's intended application, and we will expertly configure the detailed specifications tailored just for you.

3. Can I have a custom-designed and made product?

4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the substantial machine setup and shipping costs, processing small orders isn't feasible. Our minimum order quantity is set at 1000 pieces. For optimalunit pricing and shipping advantages, it is recommended to order a 20' GP or a 40' HC container.

5. Can we place OEM orders?
