01 How can we get your quotation?You can call us or send us email with product details: size, material, design, logo and color; if you have artwork, it will be much appreciated.
02 How long we will reply your enquiry?
We will reply you within 24 hours. Also, you can discuss with us on TM. Our TM is online more than 12 hours every day.
03 What's your business type?
100% factory. Our factory is located Guangdong Province. We have more than 10 years of manufacturing experience.
04 How to get a sample?
A.Sample lead time: about 5-10 days after artwork confirmation. Plain paper box need 5 days, printing box need 10
B. Sample fee
(1)Samples without printing is free offered( before placing order ).
(2)Sample with printings depends on customers'requirements(before placing order ).
C. Sample freight is paid by customer if we have not received your freight fee.
05 What's your mass production delivery time?
20-25 days after production confirmed, according to order quantity and season.
06 Payment terms?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP
07 Payment method?
Cash,T/T,Western Union, Less than USD500, full payment before production.
08 Packaging and shipping?
A. Packaging: standard safe and strong export cartons or according to custom requirement
B.Shipping:
(1)By air, fast but expensive, usually for small or urgent order (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT...)
(2)By sea, cheap but long time, usually for big quantity(CSCL, COSCO, APL, K'LINE, MAERSK, HANJIN...)
09 How to control your quality?
We have QC supervising during production.100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging. Of course, you can arrange a third party to come and check quality before delivery.

6 plus one UV printing machine, glossy/matt lamination machine, die-cutting machine, paper folding machine, hot stamping machine, Digital 3D UV machine, embossing machine, automatic box machine (box with lid/ book-shaped foldable/unfoldable box with ribbon or magnetic).
