Tandem extrusion
Based on the cable structure and the size of the client , we discussed with our engineering team and come to the result that 80+90 tandem extrusion machine is perfect for him . The filled double layer structure is different from tradition double layer that achieve by stripping machine . It requires 2 extrusion host to produce the extrude each layer separately .

Main parameters
Nitrogen gas supply should be accomplished through a compositive supporter with valves and instruments. The supporter will be supplied by seller only. a.The nitrogen source should have a pressure range 2~2.2MPa. There should be enough storage quantity before the CCV line starts up. b.The nitrogen supply can be operated in a manual mode or in an automatic mode. A governor valve automatically regulates the nitrogen pressure when the nitrogen is supplied automatically. c. There is a pressure gauge at the upper seal to display the system pressure. If the pressure exceeds its setting value, an alarm will come up or the nitrogen gas supply valve will be closed.
Catenary control system

The catenary controller is composed of a transmitting control cabinet, transmitting coil, receiving control cabinet, receiving coil and connecting cables etc. It is a measure and control device of cable position in the tube. a. Model:digital, Non-touching type b . Position: It is located in the middle of the heating zone in order to ensure that the cable will not touch the tube in the heating zone. c.When the catenary control system detects the position of the cable, it will be give a signal to control the lower speed.
