The line body is designed with 3 stations, and the overall linear layout is adopted. It uses a set of foaming system, automatic charging, upper mold placement, automatic entry and exit of the cabinet, and full PLC control. It is simple to operate and has high production efficiency. It includes three foaming fixtures, a charging manipulator system, three conveyor roller lines, an outer mold heating system, an inner mold heating system, an electronic control system, and a mold changing trolley.
