About Piston Seals
The polyurethane piston seal is a double-acting piston seal with the same mounting groove as the OK and OE piston seals (in accordance with ISO 7425-1 standard), which is particularly suitable for medium load conditions. As a bidirectional seal, it has very good dynamic and static sealing performance, and its sliding ring material is very wear-resistant. It is composed of a high-modulus polyurethane sliding ring with improved lubrication characteristics and a rectangular cross-section nitrile rubber elastic energizing ring.
Due to our unique mahcined process, in addition to the above ordinary cross-sections, we can machined seals of any size and material according to customers' customized drawings.
