Our cutting-edge idler shaft processing harnesses fully automated production lines, executing precision tasks such as servo-fixed-length cutting, end face turning, chamfering, snap ring groove cutting, center hole drilling, and milling flat grooves on the idler shaft. Impressively, the distance between two milled grooves can be as minimal as 190mm,while accommodating workpieces up to a substantial maximum length of 2200mm.

5. The upper idlers possess a rotational resistance coefficient precisely at or below 0.022, while the lower idlers boast an even more impressive coefficient, not surpassing 0.02, underscoring our dedication to top-notch engineering and performance.
