Permanent magnetic rollers are ideal magnetic products used as head pulleys in belt conveyors. They work with conveyor systems, Widely used inpurification and concentration of Ores, Chemicals and Granular products. Whatever your application is, a magnet is a low-cost way to remove that unwanted ferrous metal from your waste stream. They require very little maintenance and can last for years with proper care.

When the product stream reaches the conveyor discharge point, ferrous metals will be attracted by the magnetic field of the pulley and held to the belt.
Then when the belt moves around the pulley, the non-magnetic material will be discharged in a normal trajectory and the ferrous metal will be still held to the belt.
Finally when the belt passes out of the magnetic field, the magnetic material will drop off into a separate chute or bin to the rest of the product. A non-magnetic splitter can be installed to separate the two discharges.
