Sheet metal fabrication is a process that involves the creation of objects from thin sheets of metal. It can involve everything from simple shapes to more complex designs. We design and manufacture products using this process. Including shearing, blanking, bending, welding, riveting, mold forming and surface treatment.
Qingdao hairun intelligent technology Co., Ltd is located in jiaozhou city, about 10km to jiaodong internation airport, and 50km to qingdao port.
Our company is covered by 20000m² Indoor shop, 15000m² Outdoor fabrication and storage area, and 2000m² Office area. There are more than 60 employees and our annual output is around 3000 tons.
We have 3 sets laser plate cutting machines, 1 set laser pipe cutting machine, and 1set CNC plasma cutting machine. In addition to the cutting machine, we have 8 units welding robots, multiple experienced welding engineers, bending machines, edge milling machines, CNC rolling machines, shearing machines, drilling machines, punching machines and other processing machinery. We also have our own blasting room and painting shop.
