Copper Heat pipes and Vapor Chamber:
The theory of Vapor Chamber is similar to copper sintered heat pipes. Made of copper mesh and copper sheet with a little deionized water inside. The thickness and volume is small but it has flat surface and ensure that heat is transmitted evenly and rapidly.
We can produce vapor chamber according to customer's requirements. If you have your own designs or samples we can make molds and arrange production according to your product information.
Inspection and Test:
a) Temperature Test: To pick out the unqualified heat pipes
b) Q-max Test: To get the maximum power of the heat pipe.
c) Reliability tests: Including a series tests to check the heat pipe's performance under working, storage and transportation.
