The single girder hoist is a compact and cost-effective lifting device. It consists of a horizontal main beam and end beams at both ends, which are equipped with wheels and can move on overhead tracks to enable the crane to traverse the work area. The main beam is connected to the end beams by beam and end connectors to form a rigid structure. The main components include the hoisting unit, bridge drive system, end beams, and control panel. The hoisting unit is responsible for lifting and lowering the load and usually includes an electric motor, gearbox, drum, and wire rope.
Single girder hoists are characterized by their simple design, lightweight, and flexible operation. They are suitable for operations with a lifting weight of up to 20 tons, with a span usually between 10 and 30 meters, a limited lifting height, and a light weight due to the single beam design, which is easy to install. Single girder hoists also have adjustable lifting speeds and controls to adapt to different load requirements and can be precisely raised and lowered by buttons or radio remote control. In addition, they also have a horizontally moving bridge drive system that provides different movement speeds to meet application requirements.

Basic Configuration:
Lifting motor from China(except DOUBLE GIRDER TYPE models which lift weight above 10t, using German ABM lifting motor), electrical element and frequency converter from China, and running motor from China.

Q6: How about the delivery time?
