Product Description
CYY-100 High-temperature circulating oil bath
Working principle:
This product sets the required temperature through the temperature controlled meter. The heating tube heats the heat medium in the bath, and then the heat medium in the bath is transferred to the interlayer of the supporting equipment through the built-in circulation pump and external circulation pipeline, which indirectly heats the material in the reactor.
Generally speaking, this product is used with double-layer glass reactor, stainless steel reactor, enamel reactor and other reaction equipment with interlayer. The outlet valve pipe of the oil bath is connected to the liquid inlet port under the reactor body. The circulation liquid returns to the oil bath inlet from the outlet above the reactor through the pipeline, forming a complete circulation.
Basic configuration:
• The bath is made of 304 stainless steel, and the shell uses cold plate spraying.
• The heating tube is up and down coil type, with uniform heating temperature and smaller temperature difference.
• Built-in circulating pump. The pump head is at the bottom of bath, no oil leakage
• ON-OFF tilt switch to control heating and circulation functions separately.
• Thermostatic bath with temperature digital display function ,using PT100 sensor+stainless steel probe.
• Liquid inlet on the upper part of the bath shell to observe the liquid level
• Fuse safety protection.
• Silicone tube is equipped.
• This product can use water or oil. When the usage temperature is higher than 99ºC, open high temperature methyl silicone oil is needed for usage. The lower the viscosity of the oil, the better the circulation effect.
