DC electronic device circuit breakers protect your equipment from overload and short-circuit currents, and selectively close affected circuits in the event of a fault. This model has 4 channels, each with a corresponding knob for easy adjustment of its overload current. It is divided into 6 gears: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10A. Communication interface allows remote monitoring.
Overload warning
When the channel current reaches 0.8 times the set value, the green light flashes to give a warning and the channel works normally.
Overload protection
When the channel current reaches 1.1 times the set value, the yellow light flashes.
But if the current is between 1.1 and 1.3 times, the circuit breaker will activate delay protection. Disconnect the channel and flash the red light after 8 seconds to reduce misoperation caused by transient current peaks. If the channel current reaches 1.3 times the set value, it will directly enter overload protection, disconnect the channel, and the red light will flash.
Short circuit protection
This is the highest level of protection used to deal with severe short circuit situations, where the current far exceeds the normal operating current. Once this abnormal current is detected, the circuit breaker will immediately trip, quickly cutting off the circuit and preventing serious consequences such as equipment damage or fire. Instantaneous protection is crucial for protecting circuits and equipment from extreme current surges.
