Warranty claims must be processed through Guangzhou DN Suspension Technology Co., Ltd. And not through your dealers.   If you believe you have a warranty claim, please email us, We will respond to you via email within 1-3 business days.
All competition products are manually assembled by a mechanic and tested on a DYNO machine or other required testing machine before shipment.
Guangzhou DN Suspension Technology Co., Ltd. provides a 3-month replacement guarantee if the issue is caused by assembly problems. 
If the spare parts issue is caused by human factors, DN technology provides maintenance kits and shall implement reasonable maintenance fees
To determine if the issue is covered under warranty, the company will evaluate the situation. If it is determined that the part or parts are covered under warranty, the company will send the part at no cost, but shipping charges and taxes will be the customer's responsibility. Your warranty does not cover:
* Crash damage
* Component failure or premature wear as a result of crash damage
* Lack of maintenance, improper use, or abuse
* Normal wear and tear of the product;   e.g., worn-out drivetrain, driveshafts, suspension components, gears including spur, clutch, clutch-bell, clutch springs,
brakes bearings belts tires
* Water damage or problems resulting from water intake
* Pull start mechanism
