Hydraulic system is from Bosch,Germany,a full loop electric-hydraulic proportional servo control By Bosch - Rexroth from Germany.
All seals in cylinder is PARKER from USA,Being able to work under rated load continuously,stable working and high precision.
The hydraulic system is made in compliance with current regulations (Directive 98/37 EC).
5. Synchro control system:
PRESS BRAKE have a perfect bending accuracy thanks to the HEIDENHAIN optical lines. Y1+Y2 axis in a
tolerance of ±0.01 mm
Full electronic synchronisation with proportional valve technology assuring maximum bend accuracy and
repeatability through constant monitoring and correction of beam parallelism by CNC system.
The system is designed to allow for the programming of Ram tilting Y1,Y2 be programmed separately,can bend
cone-shape work piece.
6.V-axis Crowning System:
The CT12 series cnc press brake is equipped with the active crowning system , simply one of the best crowning system on the market.
No matter how you act your crowning system (villa Mechanical or hydraulic crowning) the key is how you manage your crowning system.
ACSG simply does the job: ACSG bends the lower beam following in real time the bending of the ram no matter what, where and how you bend.
ACSG guarantees a constant bending angle, all over the length of the bending line, without any alignment or correction by the operator.
The heart of the ACSG are the crowning pistons driven by the real time information about the deformation of the ram.
