Description:
Hony FW-167 is a mixture of special alkyl polyglycol ethers. It is widely used in pre-treatment scouring, cold stacking and other processes.Properties
- Excellent permeability, emulsification and dispersion properties under alkaline conditions, and can be used in the cotton pretreatment process to give cotton fabric a good scouring, desizing effect and feel, especially for the cotton cold pile pretreatment process to improve the desizing, whiteness and hydrophilicity of the fabric, and also has an excellent effect on the removal of wax on the cotton fabric
- Alkaline resistance at room temperature is about 100g/L, which is suitable for processes where the alkali concentration of the working liquid is 100g/L or below, such as cold reactor, continuous deboiling, and pre-treatment processes with alkali-oxygen one-bath steaming.
- Easily soluble in water, can reduce the amount of direct use, can also be diluted use
- Cold reactor process: W-167:8-10g /L
- Continuous deboiling process (no high tank) : W-167:3-5g /L
- Alkali-oxygen one-bath supporting process: W-167:1-5g /L
