Production description
The new organosilicone finishing agent DM-728 can be applied to the soft finishing of various fabrics: cotton, cotton pull, rayon, viscose, polyester, nylon, silk, wool, etc., which can give the fabric a soft, smooth feel also improve the color fabric deepening and brightening effect .
Production characteristic
1. Good stability, acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, easy to use.
2. Provides superior soft, slippery, full-feeling feel.
3. Good deepening and brightening effect, effectively improve the dyeing depth and save the dye dosage.
4. It is effective for deep depth and gloss for ultra-dark fabrics such as active navy and dark black.

Using method
1.Recommend artwork
Padding process :recommend dosage 10 ~ 30g/L,prepare dry at 120ºC,cured at 150ºC ~ 180ºC,50 seconds(The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample)
2. Can be used with other soft finishing agents to achieve a special feel style, please do compatibility experiments before use.
Notes
1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. Please stir evenly before use;
3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.
Packaging and storage
50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent heat, exposure and long-term low temperature , stable period is 6 months .
