XPJ330 is a high carbon alcohol emulsion degassing agent which has been developed according to our patent technology. It can effectively remove the air in the fiber during the process of papermaking. It has the effect of removing air bubbles 80-90% and reduces 2-3% of the moisture in the inlet of the dryer. It works well at 30-45ºC ; It is advantageous to improve the technological conditions, increase the papermaking speed and improve the product quality. The utility model has the effect of reducing the needle hole, improving the void rate and the smoothness; The utility model also has the functions of promoting dehydration, improving sizing degree, increasing retention and ensuring the safe operation of the paper machine.
It's Widely used in paper-making mill . Add defoamer to underneath whitewater tank and outside whitewater system by metering pump with proper amount of dry paper 0.3-0.5KG.
This product is packed in 200KG coated iron drum or IBC ton box. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. It will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature. The product should be protected against from being frozen.
