XPJ900 is mainly designed for fermentation industry and has been improved many times based on user feedback. Now, it is a mature, cheap and competitive polyether defoamer. Due to the use of special demetallization and salt ion refining process, it has the advantages of lower pHysiological toxicity ,odorlessness than the same kind of products and 5-10% less than the common polyether. The products are mainly used for defoaming of citric acid, oxytetracycline, penicillin, tetracycline, chlortetracycline, lincomycin, erythromycin, neomycin, rifampin, lysine, avermectin, spreading enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast, long chain dicarboxylic acid and other microorganisms during fermentation. It can also be applied to many chemical products in the production process.
Temperature of solidification is less than -20ºC, and can continue to be effective below 120ºC without affecting the efficiency.
Products are mainly used in citric acid, oxytetracycline, penicillin, tetracycline, aureomycin,lincomycin,erythromycin,neomycin,rifampicin, lysine, avermectin,defoamer in the fermentation process of enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast, long-chain diacid, etc. It can also be applied to the production process of many chemical products.
It can be disinfected together with the base material, and can also be used in the later stage to separate and fill the material into the tank. Generally, the amount of 0.3-0.5‰ can meet defoaming requirements during the whole fermentation cycle.
This product is packed in 200KG galvanized iron drum, effective within two years for storage and transportation of non-hazardous chemicals at normal temperature, and stored indoors.
