XPJ950 is a kind of polyether compound defoamer for flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plants. It is composed of special organic compounds and modified silicone. It mainly inhibits flue gas from producing a large amount of foam during washing by limestone slurry in the absorption tower of wet desulfurization system and prevents the inlet of absorption tower from accumulating ash. The product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, chemical stability, non flammable, non-explosive; The utility model has the characteristics of strong hydropHobicity, long-lasting foam inhibition and rapid bubble breaking. It has good solubility with aqueous pHase system, no demulsification and bleaching oil, and no secondary pollution.
Widely used in petrochemical sewage, papermaking sewage, leather sewage and chemical cleaning and other foaming systems.
It can be diluted or dumped into the original solution, and the defoamer is injected into the absorber by the metering pump; Usage should be determined according to the experiment, the amount of one plate added is 10-100 ppm; The most appropriate amount is determined by the test.
This product is packed in 200KG plastic barrel or coated with steel barrel. Storage of the product should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid for two years if stored at room temperature indoors.
