XPJ600 is the latest scientific research achievement in fermentation industry of Saiouxinyue. It has obtained the patent authorization of national invention. It is a project of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province. XPJ600 is a emulsion defoamer formed by block polymerization of oxide under special technological conditions. The product overcomes the shortcomings of the common polyether defoamer, and can save 5-10% dosage. It can meet the requirement of foam control in the whole fermentation cycle.
The unique product structure of XPJ600 is convenient for membrane filtration and post-extraction, and it is beneficial to improve the growth environment of strains. It has been proved that the titer of many varieties can be increased. The agent is widely used in lysine, lincomycin, abamectin, tiamycin, citric acid, penicillin, erythromycin, neomycin, oxytetracycline, erythromycin, fructose oligosaccharide, xanthan gum, cordyceps powder, Ganoderma lucidum powder, cepHalosporium powder, yeast and many other fermentation processes.
Directly add the agent to the base material; It can also be added into the tank at the later stage, and the amount of dosage is about 0.2-0.5‰ .
This product is packed in 200KG plastic bucket or galvanized iron bucket. Storage of non-hazardous chemicals at room temperature shall be valid for one year and shall be stored indoors.
