XPJ620 is a defatting liquid defoamer developed for metal pretreatment cleaning industry. The advantage of XPJ620 is that it can eliminate the stubborn foam produced by a variety of surfactants. It can stabilize defoamer under strong alkali and high temperature. It can meet the defoaming needs in many cleaning processes. The main features of the product are: fast defoaming speed, long foaming inhibitory time, low consumption, no corrosion, no adverse side effects.
XPJ620 is suitable for degreasing agent, steel plate cleaning agent, degreasing agent, degreasing powder, alkaline aluminium parts degreasing powder, ordinary coating cleaning, degreasing powder, electroplating, stainless steel cleaning, high pressure spraying cleaning, spraying grease removing and so on.
It can be directly added to the spray cleaning agent as foam inhibitor in the production process or after the process. The recommended dosage is 0.2-5% of
the total amount of cleaning agent.
This product should be packed in 25KG or 200KG plastic drums. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. it will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature.The product should be protected against being frozen.
