Operating Instructions of sapphire dental plaster hard stone:
1. Working water temperature: about 25°C.
2. Sprinkle the powder into the water according to the given ratio within 10 seconds and soak for 20 seconds.
3. Mechanical stirring for 30 seconds, manual stirring for 60 seconds.
4. When stirring, the initial fluidity during the mixing process will gradually increase until the optimal fluidity.
5. Working time: 7 minutes (can be formulated according to customer requirements).
6. Do not vibrate after this, so as not to affect the crystallization.
7. Demolding time: about 25 minutes.
