The Fiber laser welding head has small volume, light weight. Suitable to desktop type welding machine, robot, automatically production line, and etc.
Two serial options as 36 lens and 52 lens size inside of welding head, let it cover 70W-6000W laser power. Internal set blue light anti-laser output shinning. Internal structure was full closed, Protect the optical parts from dust pollution, and whole system by waterway integration.
Co-axial and Paraxial two ways gas blowing mode, effectively reduce protection lens damage from welding splash in different environments.
The wobble welding head is a new generation inhibitor of welding head type. The laser beam can swing by control of driver to make more widely welding width and depth.
It is resolve the general problem in laser welding industry : Small beam size, Big gap between workpiece and etc.
