Storage Tank is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard(GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard(NB/T 47003.1-2009), strictly meeting GMP certificate requirements.
Storage Tanks usually adopt vertical circular tank body. The top is standard elliptic or torispherical head, and the bottom is standard conical, torispherical or elliptic head. Inner wall of tank body transition section adopts circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean. Single layer, double layer (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with insulation layer) or jacket type (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer) can be customized for customers. Tank inner surface mirror polished meets the CIP and SIP and the GMP standard.
Usually Storage Tank structure is vertical structure or horizontal structure, it also can be designed in square and circular shapes according to customers' requirements.
