Features

  After the machine is automatically connected with the automatic positioning machine, it is a fully automatic box making machine. Can also automatically on-line two, that is, automatic double-head box making machine. CAM drive, automatic mold adjustment, no change of blade, no change of pressure bubble plate, etc. Set intelligent, scientific, efficient design concept as a whole.

1. Servo CAM drive: The servo motor is used to drive the CAM action through the planetary reducer, and the wrapping edge of the carton is folded into the forming work, which has stable operation and long service life.

2. Automatic mold adjustment: After entering the length, width and height of the carton and the height of the mold, the machine will automatically adjust the relevant molding position, and automatically lock during production, without manual adjustment and locking, simple operation, easy to learn and understand.

3. No change of bubble plate and folding knife: The machine has installed a fixed length of bubble plate and folding knife, suitable for the production of any size carton, no need to replace and disassemble, saving the time and cost of turning the plate.

4. Automatic box holding: After combining with the automatic positioning unit, the positioned box can be automatically held into the machine and formed, and automatically held out after wrapping, folding, and pressing bubbles are completed, without manual participation, ensuring safety, stability and fast.

5. Storage memory function: as long as it is a produced carton, an unlimited number of data will be automatically saved, and when the carton is produced again, the call can be confirmed, without adjustment again, and the true realization of artificial intelligence.

6. Multiple bubbles: 400 kg of pressure on one side can achieve 12 times of bubbles before and after or the whole, and the box body is smooth and beautiful without bubbles.
