The diamond grit of the diamond saw blades which we choose are of top quality and the diamond grit have top shock resistance performance and top cutting performance.
The diamond segments welded on the diamond saw blades are produced by the newest Vacuum-Hot pressing sintering machine. As the temperature of the hot pressing sintering is 800ºC~1000ºC, the high vacuum will cause the diamond grit just a tiny injury. As a result, there wil be no oxidation of the diamond grit in the hot pressing sintering.
So this kind of diamond saw blades has very good sharpness and long service life.
