1. Tough cohesive bond:
The 180ºpeeling resistance is highly improved to achieve 11.3N/mm which is 2-3 times more than alu-honeycomb panel's.
2. Sound insulation:
Sound transmission loss is 40dB which is 18-19dB more than alu-honeycomb panel's with 10mm in thickness and 4mm alu composite panel's, 25-28dB more than solid alu sheet. Its sound insulation index is equal to 90mm paper honeycomb gypsum board for indoor walls.

The fireproof property is classified GB 8624 B1(difficult-flammability).
5. Easy on-site process:
It is easy to process, such as routing and folding, roll bending, drilling, cutting, etc, just like what alu. composite panel does.
6. Convenient and safe installation method:
Aluminum plastic corrugated panel can be connected to structural materials easily and effectively. With our products, we only drill the back and rivet on the metal truss with rivets. It does not need structural glazing sealant, double-faced gum or welding bolt. It makes the installation more convenient which not only reduces the construction's cost and shorten the projects, but also prevents from the phenomenon of debonding and dewelding just like what the other installation method shows.
