Fine bubble diffusers are a pollution control technology used to aerate wastewater for sewage treatment.
Fine bubble diffusers produce a plethora of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a wastewater treatment plant or sewage treatment plant aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes.
The air floatation water purification method is a mature water treatment technology. The water treatment system is composed of a pressure dissolved gas tank, a scraper, a release device and the like, and the working process is a large number of fine bubbles released from the pressure dissolved air. The water to be treated is introduced, and the floating force of the bubbles adhered to the solid impurities is used to achieve rapid separation of solid and liquid, and to increase the concentration of the scum. The dissolved gas release device is a key device in the pressurized dissolved air flotation water purification system, which directly affects the effect of the air flotation water purification and the consumption of electric energy. The new generation of TV type dissolved gas release device improves the distribution uniformity of the effluent of the releaser, increases the probability of collision and adhesion of micro bubbles with impurities in the water to be treated, thereby further improving the effect of air floatation and water purification. The dissolved gas release device is the key device of the pressure dissolved air flotation water purification system.
