Product Description
FORMALDEHYDE-FREE NON-IRON
FINISHING RESIN RG-220H
Main Ingredient: Modified DMDHEU
Physical and Chemical Indicators:
Appearance:Clear and light yellow solution
Tonicity:Nonionic
PH Value:4.0-5.5
Effective content: 50%
Solid content:40%
Solubility: Unlimited dilution in cold water
Performance characteristics and Application:
Cross-linking agent of textile wash and wear non-iron finishing(anti-shrinkage and anti-wrinkle finishing), mainly applied in resin finishing of cotton, viscose and its blended woven fabric or knitted fabric. It also can be applied in embossing, lightning, calendaring finishing.
The fabrics treated by this product has a good non-iron property, very high hydrolytic ability, very good chlorine resistance, durable for water cleaning and dry washing, with good hand feeling.
This product is environment-friendly product, the finished textile does not contain formaldehyde.
Application Method:
Padding/Dipping in room temperature, mangle expression is 60-90%, dosage is as blow:
Dosage of catalyst RGF-M: 20-50g/L

Pre-baking:baking to remained moisture content is about 5-8%.
Baking: 150ºC,3 minutes, or 170ºC, 30 seconds.
