Product Description
High-concentration hydrophilic softener , formulated with high-grade fatty amide modified compounds, is used for hand finishing of cotton, rayon, synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics. Compared with soft sheets, hydrophilic soft oil has a softer and more friendly hand. Compared with the silicone oil in the tank, the fabric treated with hydrophilic soft oil does not feel greasy, so the hand feel is more natural and comfortable, and the wearing comfort of the fabric is significantly improved.

Instruction
Reference dosage: use soft water, dilute 1 part of high-concentration hydrophilic softener into 15 parts and use it
         
Applications:
                   
Open thin method:
1) Add 420Kg soft water into the mixing tank and start mixing;
2) Slowly add high-concentration hydrophilic softener68002: 30Kg;
              3) After adding 68002, stir for 20 minutes;
              4) Filter out the material.


Dyeing vat dipping process finishing
                               
High concentration hydrophilic softener(1 open 10) 5~15% (o.w.f)
                       Bath ratio 1:5 ~ 10, 45 ~ 50ºC×20 ~ 30min → rolling water → finalizing

  Finishing of the padding process of the setting machine
       High concentration hydrophilic softotener (1 open 10) 50~300g/L
             padding →drying →setting
