High stability hydrophilic silicone softener, imparts fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber and cellulose fiber blends soft hand feeling, keeps instant hydrophilicity, high content and high stability, suitable for finishing process in various kinds of equipment, such as exhaust dyeing bath, can be used together with nonionic and cationic finishing agents in same bath.

Instruction
