This product is a variety of surfactant formulations. Has excellent degreasing effect and anti-fouling performance. It is especially suitable for the degreasing and scouring of nylon / spandex and polyester / spandex knitted fabrics.

[Features and advantages]
1. It has excellent emulsification cleaning, dispersing anti-staining and degreasing functions;
2. This product can be used for continuous flat degreasing and scouring under acidic conditions, which can effectively prevent the generation of stained white spots without staining the equipment;
3. Good impurity removal effect, mild nature, does not damage the fiber.
4. Easily biodegradable, environmentally friendly products, and small sewage treatment burden.

[Application range]
1. Used in the tank of nylon /  polyester / spandex fabric, continuous open-width degreasing and refining;
2. For pre-treatment degreasing, emulsification and scouring of other various fiber fabrics;

[Reference process]
1. Continuous open-end degreasing and refining: Please adjust the feed concentration appropriately according to the equipment.
Working fluid: degreaser 1003B 1 ~ 2g / L; white spot preventive agent 0.3 ~ 0.5g / L;
Reference process: Cell 1 (80 ~ 85 ºC) → Cell 2 (90 ~ 95 ºC) → Cell 3 (60 ºC) → Cell 4-7 (room temperature)

2. Intermittent degreasing in the cylinder:
Working fluid: degreaser 1003B 1 ~ 2g / L; anti-white spot agent 0.3 ~ 0.5g / L; water ratio 1: 5 ~ 15
Reference process: room temperature → 95 ~ 98 ºC × 30min → wash water 1 ~ 2 times

[Packing and storage]

120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag); placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure, the shelf life is 6 months
