This product is mainly used for the pretreatment of cotton yarn and cotton fabric at low temperature. It can activate hydrogen peroxide under low temperature for effective scouring and bleaching to achieve the effect of traditional high temperature scouring and bleaching process.
[Features and advantages]
1.Dual functions of activating and stabilizing hydrogen peroxide. Promote the effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide while decrease its ineffective decomposition. Significantly improve the whiteness of the treated fabric, and reduce the strength loss of the fabric.
2.Adding in the pretreatment process, the bleaching temperature can be reduced from 95-98 °C to 75-80 °C, achieving the same effect as high-temperature bleaching; low temperature bleaching conditions are mild to protect the fabric shape, reserve the strength, and avoid fabric wrinkles, fiber damages and other side effects
3.Compared with the traditional high temperature scouring and bleaching process, it can save more than 30% energy, operate simply, shorten the processing time and reduce the comprehensive cost.

It is suitable for pretreatment of cotton and its blended yarn and fabric.
[Instructions]
Low temperature scouring and bleaching process of cotton knitted fabric:
Caustic soda (solid) 1-2g / L
30% hydrogen peroxide 5-10g / L
Scouring penetrant 1-2g / L
Hydrogen peroxide ativator LA 0.1-0.2g/l
Water ratio 1:10, 75-80 ºC for 45-70 minutes, drainage, hot water washing, neutralization, deaeration, dyeing
Note: Hydrogen peroxide ativator LA is strictly prohibited to mix with high concentration chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda.
During low temperature scouring, foam is easily generated in the cylinder, resulting in clogging. It is recommended to cooperate with low foam scouring and penetrating agent.
[Packing and storage]
120kg plastic barrel (lined with plastic bags); placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat, moisture and exposure, with a shelf life of 6 months.
