Answer: Generally, our quotations are based on FOB Shenzhen Port pricing. We accept T/T payments, with a 30% deposit paid before production and the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment.

Answer: Certainly, we are happy to provide samples to our clients. We are confident in the quality of our products.

7. Question: What is the lead time for sample delivery?
Answer: For in-stock samples, delivery takes 5-7 days. For OEM designs and shapes, the lead time is 15-30 days.

Answer: Sample costs and shipping fees are to be borne by the client, but these costs will be refunded upon receipt of a bulk order.
