Pre-conditioner machine
The preconditioner machine is used to pre-handle materials before twin screw extruder machine, used to snacks food, aquatic feed, pet food and other products , to improve the products quality. It is mainly composed of paddles or augers and nozzles. Usually steam is sprayed into the conditioner to make the material evenly mix and soften with the additives in the conditioner. During this period, the powdered feed absorbs heat and moisture in the water vapor, softens itself, and facilitates pellet formation. For special animals and aquatic feed, in order to improve its quality and water resistance, it is generally necessary to extend the conditioning time.

The preconditioner ensures the mixing and preconditioning of materials inside the cylinder, effectively improving the pre-gelatinization of the materials. There are two common types of conditioners: single shaft preconditioner and double shaft type, and sometimes they can be combined for specific needs.
The material is pre-ripening through a conditioner before entering the extruder. Mainly used for the production of aquatic feed and high-end aquatic feed, the conditioner adopts multi-point steam inlet, with a long tempering time, sufficient tempering, high ripening degree, allowing the material, steam, and liquid to be fully sheared and mixed under blade stirring, ensuring full ripening of the material, and good water stability.
