Tarpaulin Double Heads Welder is custom built with dual hot air systems to simultaneously weld two outside edges andrope insertion.
This machine including three parts: Feeding platform, Main machine, conveyor parts.It seals both the edges of the tarpaulin simultaneously by a press of a foot switchThe excess center fabric will move along on the conveyor as the sides get sealed, added feature it will have ropereinforcement arrangements, which is a necessity for the tarpaulin
Finishing of tarpaulin will be faster once it is center welded on the main welding line. Labor saving engaged on the sealingline that can by manually operated.
Capacity: 60 Mt/Min at optimum speed. (Depending on operating conditions)
