Double layer Rubber Polyurethane Conveyor belt side Skirts
Skirt board Sealing System belt conveyor double seal rubber skirt board is mainly used in the mining industry as a side skirt on conveyor belt systems.
Rubber skirt double lip seal material rubber & polyurethane conveyor skirting has a double layer lips made of rubber and polyurethane.
As there is high friction problems when rubber skirt contact rubber belt, polyurethane with low friction Coefficient could solve the wear problems. A polyurethane wear-resistant layer is adhered on the parts which may touch the belt to lengthen the service life and avoid belt damage.
The inner wear resistant polyurethane exceeds the wear life of traditional rubber on skirting, whilst outer anti-dust integral molding can adapt to belt vibration and maintain the correct pressure to effectively seal the belt.
