In order to reduce the pressure and displacement fluctuations of drilling mud pumps, oil bags are usually installed with air bags on the discharge pipeline. The suction air bag produced by our company has advanced structure and reliable performance, which can make the mud pump reach the best suction effect, widely used for petroleum and chemical transportation. It can balance the peak value of the high-pressure fluid pressure of the mud pump, stabilize the pressure, and reduce the loss.
Applications and features
Material: Butyronitrile rubber is the basic material. The inner steel skeleton is to prevent deformation.
Main application: prevent drilling fluid returning from the drilling. Clear drilling fluid on the drillpipe wall to prevent the corrosion of metal.
Hardness: 8 to 95 ±5 shore A ,±3 shore A tolerance specially
Color: for rubber, usually black; for silicone, can be in any color as you want
Machine type: 50 to 400 tons

For prototype mold, usually in 7days
For mass production mold, usually in 2 weeks
For some special molds, can be in 30 days, especially for some automotive rubber molds
