1 Working principle:
CMPP series horizontal double shaft paddle mixer consist of W-shaped tank, top cover with/without openings, reverse rotation double shaft equipped with paddles, transmission unit, support frame, sealing element, discharge structure and so on. For the reason that double shaft rotate at reverse direction and specific angled paddles make materials get blended in the axial and radial, materials get homogeneously mixed. Materials form fluidized bed during its own up-throwing movement and produce instant weightlessness, so this series of mixer is also called weightlessness mixer.
2 Performance & features:
2.01 Material: stainless steel 304 / 316L or mild steel Q235;
2.02 Surface treatment: paint (mild steel), polish/sandblasting (stainless steel);
2.03 Paddle agitator: of certain angle;
2.04 Mixer tank: horizontal, W-shaped tank;
2.05 Shaft: horizontal, hollow, integral twin shaft;
2.06 Mixing time: 5-20 minutes;
2.07 Working model: batch mixing;
2.08 Speed reducer: cycloid reducer;

2.10 Main shaft seal: (Teflon) stuffing seal or air purge seal;
